Islands around Koh Chang

If you are looking to explore other islands around Koh Chang during a trip to the Trat Province, we highly recommend hopping on a boat across to neighbouring islands Koh Wai, Koh Kood, Koh Laoya or Koh Mak.

Koh Chang is just one of a number of islands which make up the Trat archipelago. Blessed with crystal clear calm waters and soft white sand beaches, these islands boast some of the best marine life and coral reefs in Thailand. The beaches provide the perfect escape for couples, families and solo travellers, well away from busy streets and chaotic cities. Some of the islands around Koh Chang are privately owned, therefore you may be expected to pay a small entrance fee to visit particular islands. On islands, such as Koh Wai, generators produce the island’s electricity, there are no shops or vehicles and very few other facilities, making it the ultimate holiday destination to get away from it all and completely switch off.

 

Koh Wai
